AiTerms of use. Plain and short.
Effective November 6, 2026. By using AiSearcher (aisearcher.net) you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. What AiSearcher is
AiSearcher is a free search engine that finds images and videos from a written description. It is a search and aggregation tool: when you describe something, we query third-party sources, public archives and libraries across the internet and show you matching results with links to where they live. AiSearcher does not host the photos or videos in its results.
2. Results belong to their owners
Every photo, video, thumbnail, title and description in our results belongs to its respective owner or creator. Showing a result is not an endorsement, and it gives you no rights in that material. Before reusing anything you find, check the license and terms at the source it came from — each result links to its original source for exactly that reason.
Copyright holders: if your work appears in our results through a third-party source and you want the link removed, contact us (see section 9) with the page URL and proof of ownership. We act on valid removal requests promptly. AiSearcher's own name, logo, design and site content are © 2026 AiSearcher, all rights reserved.
3. Acceptable use
- Searches for anything illegal, and any search involving minors in a sexual or exploitative way, are refused outright and may be reported where the law requires.
- Don't use AiSearcher to infringe anyone's copyright or other rights, and don't download or reuse results in ways the source's license doesn't allow.
- Don't scrape, hammer, or try to get around the site's rate limits or security measures, and don't use automated tools to abuse the service.
- Don't use the site to harass, exploit, or harm anyone.
4. Safe search and our 18+ sister site
AiSearcher itself runs safe search only. Adult content lives on a completely separate website, FindThatPorn (findthatporn.xyz), which is adults-only, has its own 18+ age gate, and is governed by its own terms. If you follow the link to it, you are leaving AiSearcher. Nothing on either site ever involves minors, and searches for illegal content are refused everywhere.
5. No account, no guarantees
Searching is free and needs no account or sign-up. The service is provided "as is": we work hard to make results fast and accurate, but we can't guarantee that a search will find a match, that results are complete or correct, or that the site will always be available. Verify anything that matters at the original source.
6. Advertising
AiSearcher is supported by advertising so searching can stay free. Ads come from Google AdSense, Adsterra, and our own clearly labeled sponsor and house ads; every paid placement is labeled "Advertisement." Advertising never changes or influences search results. If you advertise with us, your placement is governed by the terms agreed at booking.
7. AI features
To understand descriptions better, AiSearcher may expand your words with the help of an AI service before searching. Where we offer to generate a brand-new AI image from your description, it is always clearly labeled as AI-generated.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. The current version always lives at this page, with its effective date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
9. Contact
Questions, removal requests, or anything else: reach us through the Advertise page or at autoboostteam@gmail.com.
