AiPrivacy policy. Short, because we collect little.
Effective November 6, 2026. This policy covers AiSearcher (aisearcher.net).
1. No accounts, no sign-up
AiSearcher has no accounts. We never ask for your name, email address, or any profile information to search, and we don't build profiles of the people who use the site. Searching is by description only — there is nothing to upload.
2. What a search sends, and where
When you search, the words you type are sent to the third-party sources, indexes, archives and libraries needed to answer that search — that's how a search engine works. To understand descriptions better, your words may also be processed by an AI expansion service before searching. Your search is handled to produce your results; it isn't tied to an identity, because we don't have one for you.
3. Technical data and server logs
Like every website, our servers receive technical information with each request — such as your IP address and browser type — and keep standard logs for a short period. We use this only to run the site, keep it secure, and enforce rate limits that stop abuse. Logs are rotated and not kept longer than operations require.
4. Cookies and local storage
AiSearcher itself stores only small functional preferences on your own device (for example, remembering that you dismissed a notice, or your search display choices). Our advertising partners — Google AdSense and Adsterra — may set their own cookies to serve and measure ads; those are governed by their own privacy policies (Google, Adsterra). You can block or clear cookies any time in your browser settings; searching keeps working either way.
5. What we never do
- We never sell personal information — we don't collect the kind worth selling.
- We never keep copies of anything beyond what section 3 describes.
- Searches for illegal content or anything involving minors are refused, not stored as results or profiles.
6. Children
AiSearcher is a general-audience safe-search engine and is not directed at children under 13. Adult content is not on this site at all — it lives on a separate adults-only website with an 18+ age gate.
7. Your choices and rights
Because we hold no account and no profile for you, there is usually nothing personal for us to show, correct, or delete. If you believe we hold information about you and you'd like it reviewed or removed, contact us and we'll handle it. Depending on where you live, privacy law may give you additional rights, and we honor valid requests.
8. Changes and contact
